Eastwoodhill Arboretum's "Trees for our Future"

Eastwoodhill, the National Arboretum of New Zealand, defines itself as an arboreal ark, a safe haven for threatened and endangered trees. Its mission is centered on conservation, education, and research. The Arboretum hosts proactive and collaborative conservation programs, supporting global diversity of plant species and the understanding and appreciation of all life forms. It also contains an impressive oak collection, featuring many Mexican oaks collected by the legendary Bob Berry of nearby Hackfalls Arboretum.

The Arboretum has launched the "Trees for our Future" campaign, which aims to increase its conservation programs and raise funds to cover the operational costs and capital projects this will involve. You can view the campaign video below. Be sure to visit the Arboretum's spectacular new website for further details and to learn about opportunities to collaborate with this campaign.
